Data Processing Through Visiting Our Website

We collect the listed data to ensure a smooth connection to the website and to enable comfortable use of our website by users. Contact Form and Contact via Email
If you send us inquiries via contact form or email, your information from the inquiry form or your email, including the contact data you provided there (name, email address, phone number, and message), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Processing via Telegram Bot
The data submitted via the contact form is forwarded to our Telegram account via a Telegram bot. The following data is transmitted:
- Name (required field)
- Email address (required field)
- Phone number (required field)
- Message content (required field)

All fields in the contact form are marked as required fields and must be filled out to submit an inquiry. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent.
The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and, if applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract.
Your data will be deleted after final processing of your inquiry, provided there are no legal retention obligations. In the case of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Integration of Web Fonts (Bunny Fonts)
We integrate fonts (“web fonts”) from the provider Bunny Fonts. Bunny Fonts is a privacy-friendly service by BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia.
Bunny Fonts is a GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Fonts and does not store any personal data or cookies. The fonts are loaded directly from Bunny Fonts’ servers to ensure a consistent presentation of our website.

Hosting
We host our website with DigitalOcean, LLC, 101 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA. Our server is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
When you visit our website, DigitalOcean captures various log files including your IP addresses. This data is required for the technical operation of the website and serves the security and stability of our service.

The use of DigitalOcean is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a reliable, secure, and high-performance presentation of our website.
Data Transfer to Third Countries
DigitalOcean is a US company. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses. However, our server is physically located in Amsterdam (EU), which means the data is processed within the EU.

This website was built with Astro.js, a modern framework for static websites. Astro.js itself does not collect or process any user data.
Data Sharing and Recipients
Your personal data is not transmitted to third parties except:

- when you have given express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
- the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
- insofar as this is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
We also use carefully selected external service providers to process our services. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. These are service providers for web hosting (DigitalOcean), web analytics (Umami), contact form processing (Telegram), and the provision of fonts (Bunny Fonts). The service providers will not pass this data on to third parties.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, circumstances, and purposes of processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
Duration of Storage of Personal Data
The duration of storage of personal data is based on the relevant statutory retention periods (e.g., from commercial and tax law). After the respective period expires, the corresponding data is routinely deleted.
If data is required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation, or if we have a legitimate interest in continued storage, the data will be deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes or when you have exercised your right of revocation or objection.
Data from contact inquiries will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been finally processed and there are no legal retention obligations.

Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request the immediate rectification of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, your workplace, or our company headquarters.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR)

In the event of withdrawal, we will delete the affected data immediately, unless further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for processing without consent.
